Guidance on the content of cookie statements

Phil has recently contacted me regarding a cookie statement to associate with his use of cPrompt.

As I am not a lawyer I can't provide definitive answers on what cookie statements should contain, but guidance is available from the Information Commissioners Office and the Government Digital Service.

An example cookie statement can be found on the Cookie statement, copyright notice, disclaimer and privacy page.
